THIS IS A PREVIEW OF WHAT'S TO COME:

THIS WEEK GORGEOUS JOHNNY GOT AN INTERVIEW WITH WRESTLING COLUMNIST MURTZ JAFFER! THIS IS THE INTERVIEW:

Q1: What is your opinion of the Owen Hart tragedy?

It is an absolute shame. I have often said, that Owen was one of my
favourite wrestlers. It is too bad that he couldn't conform to the
WWF's new attitude, because it would have meant a lot more television
time for him. I have no doubt it was an accident, but the show should
have stopped.

Q2: What is your job and duties etc. at TSN.CA?

I am a writer for the tsn.ca wrestling website.

Q3: Who were some of your favorite wrestlers when you were growing up?

Owen Hart, Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Demolition, George
Steele, Bad News Brown, Repo Man.

Q4: Are there any wrestlers you've met over the> years? If so which ones?

I have met Shawn Michaels, the New Age Outlaws, and Sunny in the past
two years. I have also interviewed Chris Jericho.

Q5: After the Owen Hart tragedy do you think the WWF has to look in the mirror and
say "Hey enough is enough" and tone it down a little?

No. The WWF should continue to give the fans what they want. That is
what it is all about. When the fans say "enough is enough" then maybe,
but for now they should not mess with success.

Q5: What will it take for WCW "Monday Nitro" to once again overtake "Raw is War" in
the ratings? And is it possible?

It is definitely possible, but in order to accomplish it, Bischoff needs to realize he is
dealing with an older audience. Sex must be
used, because it is a big part of wrestling. Younger stars like
Benoit, Disco Inferno, Buff Bagwell and Jericho have to be pushed.
Fans are tired of seeing the same guys compete in the same match over,
and over again.

Q6: Is Wrestling a Sport? or Entertainment? or a bit of both?

Wrestling is entertainment. It is not a sport, since the result is
predetermined, but it does involve a tremendous amount of athletics.

Q7: What angle have you enjoyed the most in 1999 in> either WWF or WCW?

Tough question. I liked Ryan Shamrock with Goldust/Billy Gunn/Val
Venis. I also liked the resurrection of the Horsemen. My favourite is
David Flair turning on his father. I do think that Beaver Cleavage has
potential.

Q8: The British Bulldog is currently resting a very
bad back in which he was in the hospital for about a month. He says he is determined to
go back to the WWF for Owen's memory should he be a bit more
careful of this injury and after Owen's tragic death just say to himself "Hey I got a wife
        and kids and
        don't really need the money?"

No. He is free to do whatever he chooses. If he thinks he is ready
then he should return. I don't know if McMahon will have him back,
considering the possible lawsuit by the Harts.

Q9: What is your opinion of a possible return of the Red and Yellow Hulk Hogan?

I think it is fantastic. It will help attract the old fans back, and
it is where Hulk is at his finest. too bad, it isn't happening in the World Wrestling
Federation.

Q10: Who or Whom are the future of wrestling? and is> wrestling ability like
that of Chris Benoit or Dean Malenko going to make a differance? Looking at Hul Hogan
and Steve Austin as the big stars and they really don't have much of a wrestling
          background.

The future of wrestling, lies with those that are willing to change.
It is a mixture of technical ability, and mic skill, but ultimately it
has to be the willingness to comply with controversial angles. Owen
refused an angle with Debra, and if he did, he could have worn the
World Title. Values are important, but so is money. Personally, I see
Chris Jericho, and the Rock being the greatest legends of the sport.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK BACK FOR ANOTHER INTERVIEW WHICH SHOULD BE POSTED UP NEXT WEEK. THE DATE OF OUR FIRST SHOW HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED, SO ONCE AGAIN...
FIRST J.OHN'S A.UDIO W.RESTLING S.HOW IS GOING TO AIR ON THE 14TH OF JUNE 1999.
